Description:
DP 120 SUB DSP Speaker can realize its multifunction the POE power supply, audio transmission and signal control via a RJ45 Ethernet port. It can obtain power supply from any Ethernet switch of 802.3 or above standard. DP 120 SUB DSP adopts SSA inverter technology allowing that the high-quality enlargement of superior sound quality realizes on this compact speaker of low power design.
Over Dante™ Ethernet that transmits 24-bit audio (44.1K/48KHz) and its control signal can be routed through the Dante™ Controller. DP 120 SUB DSP integrates versatile functions like gain control, mute control, 5-band equalizer control and DSP with limit control. All these functions can perform remotely on the PC by DSP Controller Software.

1. How long is the lead time?
Generally 4 weeks. If any urgent orders for projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver faster, But for OEM orders, lead time would be little longer on the first order since we need more time to communicate the requirements and confirm artworks....

2. What's your payment term?
Our policy is at least 30% deposit before production, and 70% paid before shipment date. Certainly, L/C is also acceptable.

3. How do you pack my goods to ensure intactness in the course of transportation?
We always take care of our products and pack them properly. For example, we use strong cardbox (export carton) stuffing with enough foam/ bubble and inner boxes for air shipment or express, and optional pallet packing could be used for LCL sea shipment for better protection.

4. What's your delivery term?
We quote and deliver on the term of FOB Huangpu (except EXW term for small orders. Of course, CIF, C&F or even door to door is acceptable, so we will check and quote the shipping cost additionally.

5. How about the warranty and after-sales service?
Our warranty is 2 years, but considering the long transit time to oversea customers, we offer two and half year warranty from the production date on serial numbers on. For any failure (no-human included), we shall provide you free spare parts and instruction for repair.
