Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
A: We have 7 factories at present, located in Guangzhou and Qingyuan City. You are very welcome to visit our factories and we always love to arrange free accommodation for you in our group hotel.
Q3: Can I get samples?
A: Yes! It's our honor to offer you samples and normally it takes 7 to 10 days to get it.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A: By T/T or L/C(30% deposit before producing, 70%o of balance before loading.For sample order : Paypal or pay on Alibaba insurance order. (It can be negotiated) .
Q5: Does your product comes with certificate?
A: Yes, we love to offer any certificates according to your requirements,such as CE CB ROHS FCC. CCC etc.
Q6: How about the warranty and after-sales service?
A: Nommally one-year warranty For any failure or quality issues(non-human induced we would provide you free spare parts and instruction for you.
Q7: How long is the leading time?
A: Generally it takes four to five weeks. If any urgent orders for projects, we will try our best to expedite the process and deliver fast.But for OEM orders, lead time would be a little longer at first order since we need more times to communicate details and confirm very requirement
