Description:

The EVAC-500M/EVAC-240M voice evacuation controller is EN54-16 certified public address & voice evacuation system, The all in one voice alarm & evacuation controller built-in remote PC software, zone paging controller, all main signal line monitoring, amplifier changeover, speaker line supervision, power supply monitoring and power amplifier, voice recorder,SD card,emergency microphone and fire alarm interface. The voice evacuation controller is innovated with most advanced DSP (digital signal processor)to ensure its hi-f audio performance and superior signal processing in case of commercial announcement and emergency evacuation,Each controller built-in 6 zone speaker outputs, rated power output at 500W/240W. The voice evacuation controller shall be pre-set through the supplied software over microphone number, zone number, zone loading, speaker monitoring, fre alarm mode, alert/EVAC message zone output, AC/DC etc, then synchronized the setting to master controller and router. The voice evacuation system is strictly follow the Construction products Regulation(EU)No 305/2011: EN54-16:2008 Voice Alarm Control and Indicating Equipment.

FAQ
1. How long is the lead time?
Generally 4 weeks. If any urgent orders for projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver faster, But for OEM orders, lead time would be little longer on the first order since we need more time to communicate the requirements and confirm artworks....

2. What's your payment term?
Our policy is at least 30% deposit before production, and 70% paid before shipment date. Certainly, L/C is also acceptable.

3. How do you pack my goods to ensure intactness in the course of transportation?
We always take care of our products and pack them properly. For example, we use strong cardbox (export carton) stuffing with enough foam/ bubble and inner boxes for air shipment or express, and optional pallet packing could be used for LCL sea shipment for better protection.

4. What's your delivery term?
We quote and deliver on the term of FOB Huangpu (except EXW term for small orders. Of course, CIF, C&F or even door to door is acceptable, so we will check and quote the shipping cost additionally.

5. How about the warranty and after-sales service?
Our warranty is 2 years, but considering the long transit time to oversea customers, we offer two and half year warranty from the production date on serial numbers on. For any failure (no-human included), we shall provide you free spare parts and instruction for repair.
