1. How long is the lead time?
Generally 4 weeks. If any urgent orders for projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver faster, But for OEM orders, lead time would be little longer on the first order since we need more time to communicate the requirements and confirm artworks....

2. What's your payment term?
Our policy is at least 30% deposit before production, and 70% paid before shipment date. Certainly, L/C is also acceptable.

3. How do you pack my goods to ensure intactness in the course of transportation?
We always take care of our products and pack them properly. For example, we use strong cardbox (export carton) stuffing with enough foam/ bubble and inner boxes for air shipment or express, and optional pallet packing could be used for LCL sea shipment for better protection.

4. What's your delivery term?
We quote and deliver on the term of FOB Huangpu (except EXW term for small orders. Of course, CIF, C&F or even door to door is acceptable, so we will check and quote the shipping cost additionally.

5. How about the warranty and after-sales service?
Our warranty is 2 years, but considering the long transit time to oversea customers, we offer two and half year warranty from the production date on serial numbers on. For any failure (no-human included), we shall provide you free spare parts and instruction for repair.
